A personalized chocolate bar mold

Custom Chocolate Bar Mold

A few weeks ago, a French consultant working in Japan for the branch of a major international brand contacted us for a custom design project. He was looking for a company capable of manufacturing him personalized chocolate bar molds in PETG (very resistant material with good thermal resistance), with a thickness of 1.2mm. The chocolate bars manufactured are intended to be offered to customers for the end-of-year celebrations.

The project was successfully completed, and in complete confidentiality as the brand wished. Here is the result: a personalized chocolate bar mold (the brand's identification signs are intentionally blurred.

Customer reviews on PETIT molds

Here is the consultant's testimony (100% authentic!) at the end of the project:

I recently collaborated with Petit Thermoformage on a custom design project for PETG molds for the manufacture of chocolate bars, specifically for the Japanese market. From the beginning, the exchange with the team was very fluid and professional. They were able to understand our needs from my client's drawings and guided us through the design process with great expertise.
The production of the molds was carried out with remarkable care, and the quality of the products delivered exceeded our expectations. Every detail was meticulously taken into account, which made it possible to obtain molds perfectly adapted to our production. In addition, the delivery was respected within the agreed deadlines, which greatly facilitated our manufacturing schedule.

My international client and I are extremely satisfied with this collaboration and highly recommend this service for any company looking for innovative and high-quality solutions. Thank you again for your professionalism and responsiveness! »
